A research program exploring the deep structure of protocols across domains. Funded by the Ethereum Foundation and active from 2023–2024, the program produced over 270 published works across multiple research tracks.

The editorial and publishing arm of the protocol research community. Protocolized produces essays, science fiction, interviews, and research artifacts examining how protocols shape coordination, infrastructure, and institutional life.

Professional-led groups that meet biweekly to discuss, design, and theorize on topics relevant to protocolization — including memory, formal theory, organization, and storytelling.
